Rubber masterbatch TDEC-75

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
it also supports nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers.

Compared with traditional powdered TDEC, Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material TDEC with particle size below 100µm has been sieved, and no dust will be generated when processed into masterbatch,
which will not cause skin irritation and protect the health of operators;
Masterbatch TDEC-70 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of TDEC;
The masterbatch does not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of TDEC in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities,
which will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reducing reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different types of rubber.

Note: G-stands for granule, P-stands for flake, E-stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N-stands for using NBR as carrier, S-stands for using SBR as carrier, A-stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO-stands for using ECO as carrier, F140 stands for filtration and mesh micron number.
